I,ve recently had an issue with a particular Ellies product and needed further clarity on the matter.I delt with Mr Julius Botha and even though i was aggressive and somewhat unresponsive my concerns was handled efficiently and effectively.Mr Botha handled himself with great poise and resolved my issue immediately without delay.I thank you Mr Botha for the class and humility that you showed.You Sir are an asset to Ellies and your response was detailed and informative.I can honestly say,and this is a fair,unbiased assesment that Ellies is truly commited to service excellence and their after sales service is really impressive.I would go as far as saying that there commitment to service excellence is legendry and this is what sets them apart from the rest.Once again Mr Botha I thank you for your assistance in resolving my concern.It is highly appreciated.
