Istallation voucher

I am not satisfied with your service. I bought openview hd decorder with an installation on the 15th December and immediately I called bloemfontein numbers that I found in the installation voucher, and the lady that I was speaking with told me that she's going to send me the installers details. I was waiting and waiting and she didn't send me anything I called that Bloemfontein number again on the 21st and I got the very same answer. I can't wait forever. U better send an installer very soon or else im gonna return that elsat decorder and buy something better.
