Inverter batteries supp**** by Ellies last 8 months. Avoid!

Avoid Ellies Inverter / Battery combos! Batteries are only guaranteed for 3 months and the inverter for 12 months. My batteries only lasted 8 months, not the 2 years I would expect. Their explanation: Maybe the unit stood at Makro for a year! I shall now replace the batteries at a cost of R 6 000. Rather support UPS Direct / Tescom, they are reliable.
