Installation problem

Im having a problem with the dstv installation in my room. I was told that it should not give me problems for at least a year; but in few mnths i had to call the person who installed it to come chexk it for me because it displays the message "No signal due to faulty installation or bad weather"...he came fixed it and few mnths down the line i had the same problem again. Called the nearby installer they came and fixed; again few mnths down the line it gave me the very same problem and callled the nearby installer again bcos i felt that maybe different people can do things differently. In December 2017 it displayed the same message and i called the person who installed it in the 1st place bcos i felt that it must be his mistake from the 1st time because i never had peace since this thing was installed. He came and fixed it and promised that it will never give me problems; bt Jan 15; 2018 it displayed the same message again. Been calling Multichoice since since and they are promising to send a new installer who will come and look at my problem and until todate im calling them they are asking me the very same things they asked me 3 weeks ago...please help
