I trusted the brand

I bought an Ellies protector surge on the 26th of February 2022... it only worked for 6weeks and after that it wasnt working..No damages oo any sort.. . me trusting the Ellies brand and the response I get is I was suppose to fill in the warranty form... my reason being ... I trusted Ellies as a brand... but no more ..
