Horrible , Horrible Bad Customer Delivery

<p>I have been dealing with this RUDE technician by the name of Simon. Simon was allocated for the installation of my Explora on Friday the 25th of November 2016. Till to date request has not been completed. </p> <p>I call Simon everyday and everytime I call him he laughs at me and tell me he will call me back , which he doesn`t. I do not understand why companies partner up and promise clients free installation wherelse they know they cannot deliver. I calling Simon every single day and everytime I call he laughs and tells me that he is busy. So clearly I am not one of his priorities . I am so disgusted with the level of service from this company. And calling the customer service line is just as useless as Simon. Calls are never answered and no feedback is given to clients. </p> <p>All I want is for my decoder to be installed , can you please assist me with an escalation alternative as I have used up so much money calling this company with no assistance.</p>
