Fridge Power Surge Plug Failed

I've made contact via your email *** and also called woodmead branch because i want to put through a possible claim for my fridge that was damaged by loadshedding although i had your fridge power surge plug. Woodmead branch told me to put through my claim through the email which i did and haven't received a response. I need someone to assist me asap because clearly something did not work with your product.
