purchased a surge protected multi plug about a year ago. specially took the better one to protect my gaming setup.

came home yesterday and everything on that multiplug is now burnt. that equates to about R24000 in damages . all other electrical ware is still fine and all of them have no surge protector plugs on.

phoned your ofice was on the line for 10min where i was transferd to about 5 people. asked to be phoned back and still waiting.
