Faulty multiplug and adaptor, bad customer service

<p>I Purchased a multiplug and adaptor manufacturered by Ellies and both not working after the first time using them. The multiplug jams and will not take a three prong plug in one of its inputs and the two prong plug inputs on both the adaptor and multiplug do not work properly. this is not the first time I have experienced this poor quality with Ellies product. Furthermore I have tried numerous times now to notify Ellies through there customer care line and via email and receive absolutely no feedback. Very very poor customer service, I am totally appalled with this company and the quality of their products.</p>
