Faulty LNB

Utterly disgusted with the service quality. I purchased 2 Explora decoders from Dionwired in this year. One decoder had an installation voucher. I redeemed the voucher with Ellies and they appointed an installer. The installer brings lnb and dish. According to DSTV, the lnb is faulty, Since the installer brought and installed the equipment I wouldn't know if the new or secondhand stuff was used. When I call Ellies I'm told the LNB carries a 3-month warranty. CPA enforces a minimum warranty of 6months. Please send your installer to replace that faulty LNB.
