Elsat Set Top Box

Hi Team Elsat. Having endless problems with our Elsat Openview HD STB. We have been having these problems with the service on and off for two months now. OVHD took me through factory reset on my decoder. It worked fine at the time. But that was a once off. <br> a) USSD activation / info line for OVHD - &120*6843# does not work! I've tried to do both STB activation and Smart Card activation but always comes up with \An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. (ERROR301)". This has happened consistently for the past few weeks that we have been trying.<br> b) I have done a factory reset numerous times this past week and can't access any channels at all!!! Still goes back to 'Operator is not authorised for viewing'. <br> c) The worst part is that now we switch on our STB and only comes up with 'Operator is not authorised for viewing'. <br> Please help!
