Ellies/Elsat Nelspruit I am very unhappy

I am very unhappy... I purchased a decoder and a dish to 1 of your registered installers under Ellies/Elsat Nelspruit by the Name of Wonder. V Langa company name is Hhayane G tading on the 16 of May 2020 all installation went well... Was happy and was told to subscribe within 3 days which I did same day, then on the 19th the decoder just went off... I called the installer and he said I should bring it and I did, after 2 weeks I called him for follow up since he didn't bother to call me, he said he returned it and they said they will call him. Been calling and sending text till today nothing from them and it's almost 2 months worse part I payed for channels I didn't even watch, I returned it within 7 days of purchase n it shows that it was factory fault... They where suppose to replace it, the wait is too long for me. I want my decoder with paid channels.
