Ellies Wireless Door Chime

I bought a simple wireless door chime years ago and it does not work...changed all batteries and followed the instructions..still does not work...no assistance on the helpline..just passing you along...seems like Ellies makes cheap stuff which do not work and not very interested in service...dont buy anything Ellies
