Ellies usesing cheap bolts to cut corners and increase profits.

Ellie's Electronics really has a wide range of products that are really competitive with regards to the price and quality. Or is it? Last year we purchased a Ellies TV wall mount from Makro Montague Gardens, It has a date stamp on the side of the box 2017-08-28. Probably the boxing day. The bracket was not installed immediately as we're doing some home alterations So today when I with all my energy want to install this bracket that about 3 times the weight of the LED TV, I found that the one set of bolts totally covered in rust, inside it's plastic bag, inside the box!!! What the hell!!!! The packaging was never opened and it still rusts! Now I have to get into my car, drive the 27km's back to Makro and try to exchange it....... really?!?!
