Ellies TV wall mounts do not secure new Samsung TVs

I bought Ellies TV brackets to hang 3 new Samsung TVs. The *****s / bolts supp**** in the box do not fit in the bottom holes of the all my new Samsung TVs. When I called to get advice nobody in their technical department was forthcoming with a solution for this problem. They seem to not provide backup for customers with issues relating to their product’s lack of correct hardware despite customers being sold these accessories and advised that they are universal wall mounts which can also hang Samsung TVs. The brackets are not universal after all and cannot be returned as the packaging is no longer available. All I needed to know was what size bolt/*****s I could get to attach the bottom holes on these three big Samsung TVs but the “technical” department of Ellies doesn’t offer any help in this regard. These are then by definition not DIY products and should not be sold as such. Please advise your customers accordingly to avoid unnecessary and costly modifications and back and forth. I am in Hartbee****rt Dam area and with only two not so well stocked hardware stores in the area - having the wrong piece of hardware means driving back to Johannesburg to get stuff I can try. I have to buy 3 or so options and pray one of them fits. Is this fair?
