ELLIES INVERTER REPAIRS ARE UTTERLY HOPELESSG

Ellies inverter sent to Durban from Port Shepstone . I clearly stated it was just the on off switch and a high pitched noise otherwise working perfectly! I asked for a quote. Almost a month later I am told its the battery and going to have to replace a whole top section of inverter. The battery was bought recently and there was NO PROBLEM WITH IT. This was a few days ago. I asked for inverter to be returned to me at Port Shepstone in same condition...today I phoned Ellies Port Shepstone..still no inverter. I am 70 without an inverter for a month ...possibly forever...great job Ellies
