Ellies Inverter

Recently purchased Ellies inverter brand new from Leroy Merlin and I am happy with it as it does everything I need and expect it too do... But my unit is like 2 months old and I've noticed that when load shedding starts the first bar of the battery indicator goes away leaving me with 3 bars of battery on the display which I find not to be normal since the unit was fully charged and the only device running is my wifi router no other devices running when this happens so I called Ellies and this great gentleman kinda explained that my unit is 100% and that it is normal for it to do this and I kinda understood but I expected it not to do this since unit is brand new and dont want to have issues with unit when its out of warranty and guarantees then Im left with bills of getting it repaired or replaced when actually the unit is faulty to begin with.... Please assist me as I do not want problems down the road!!!
