Ellies ignoring online enquiry
Early last week I sent a query to Ellies using their online "GET IN TOUCH".
In more than a week, I have not heard back from them.
I do not appreciate companies who creates a web presence and pretend that customers can send enquiries if they are not serious about following up. Respect is lost very easily.
