Ellies fridge surge protector only lasted 3 months

I've purchased 2 Fridge safe surge protectors in the last year. One only lasted about 3 months. What is even worst is that I could not added my 1 star review onto the Ellies portal. Even though I've tried a couple of times I keep on getting the following message: reCAPTCHA verification failed. The secret parameter is invalid or malformed.
