Ellies / Elsat Bad Service

Ellies/Elsat installed my dish and damaged the newly repaired / waterproofed roof. I received an invoice from my landlord for the damages caused after the installation.

My wife has been trying to get hold of their office in Maitland / Ndabeni. Everytime she phones the phone gets dropped in her ear. Once when the phone was not put down in her ear she was told to speak to the manager. The called was transferred to the manager and surprise.... he does not answer.

She left a message for the manager to return her call and she is still waiting. I think Multichoice and all other retailers should reconsider who they use to do their installation. This is absolutely bad service and customer relations from Ellies / Elsat.
