Ellies eFergy - shop soiled / damaged being sent out

I've rated you 3 stars because you're at least replying and trying to assist - but nothing has been done and still we have clients that are irritated and want nothing more to do with either Ellies or our own store.

We started selling Ellies only 3 months ago with 30 units sold and can achieve 150 in a year with relative ease. The problem is that time and time again we get used goods / demos / shop soiled being delivered to our customers directly and nothing is being done. Only a week ago, we chatted to Ellies about the same thing ... and today received another returned item from a large chain store.

Yes - we may only be able to do 150 units a year - but you need to manage and look after the smaller guys (your largest base!)
