Ellies does not honor their warranty
My invertor that is still under warranty stopped working, I sent it in for repairs and now I am told I must pay R2700 for a new board, why is that? The product is still under warranty, I have the slip, warranty card was posted off and it was used with a surge protector. Does a warranty mean nothing to Ellies? Highly disgusted.
