Ellies Bloemfontein DSTV Installations

<p>After purchasing a Explora 2 s a gift for my wife on the 27th of April 2017, I received an Installation voucher which I could redeem at Ellies. There wasnt much of a choice as they are the only accredited Ellies installation centre in Bloemfontein. After phoning on Tuesday the 2nd of May to arrange for isntallation, they first booked me wrongly as if I am staying in Johannesburg. After receiving the confirmation SMS I rectifed their mistake immediately. I phoned them again on the 3rd of May 2017 and booked an isntallation for Bloemfontein.....The consultant at Ellies Bloemfontein confirmed all my detail correctly but I havent received any SMS at all to confirm the booking.... On the 4th I phoned them again, and booked the installation once again , going through the whole process... After phoning them after an hour to request the confirmation SMS, theu eventually sent it to me...I phoned the contracter whi subcontracts for the, a Clinton Jordaan, just to request how long I will have to wait now again. He tells me that all his technicians/ installors are currently working outside Bloemfontein and will only be back in town on late Saturday or Sunday..., resulting in a possible installation on Sunday... How the hell? Why do DSTV only make use of one installation contractor in Bloemfontein???? I am already a DSTV subscriber, and the Explora will substitute my Single view decoder, which will be my extra view now, but I cannot believe that this is the type of service I get from them....</p>
