Disgusted with Service

<p>We bought a decoder from Game with installation voucher 3_4weeks ago, we called the number indicated, and and we got in contact with an installer named Mark, then he indicated he is fully booked, but "maybe" he can come...never heard of the guy again ...that's 2 weeks later, we decided to call again....they kept referring to an sms we never received, so we contacted the 2nd installer...the guy used foul language with my wife " referring to the other installer as " that F#!;$ing Mark" which is really disrespectful and I'm disgusted how unprofessional these guys are...., so it's 5 days later and no response from 2nd installer....</p> <p>Thinking of cancelling everything!!!! </p>
