I bought an Ellies Invertor in Sept 720W / 1440W capacity. Within 4.5 months, the battery is dead and needs to be replaced, according to their technician. We paid R8400 and now need to shell out another R3000.
What kind of **************** is this? How can a battery be manufactured at this poor quality rate and are being to replace one?
Ellies, can you explain this sort of corporate cheating?
