be aware ellies selling faulty products

on the 14th of dec i went to ellies solar shop at village deep johannesburg buy a solar offgrid kit ( 1000watts) . 2 batteries and 310 solar panel , drove 500km to venda to install it , only to find that the product doesnt work,,, obviously i could nt return it back as soon as possible, tried to call the shop but all their lines went dead , gave up and accepted to stay in the darkness for 2weeks , as soon as i set my foot in johhanesburg ( monday 7 january 2019) i mmediately took the product back to the shop and i explained that they sold me a faulty product ,, only to be told that i have to wait for repair team that is still on leave to came check the product , sean told me that the team will be on wednesday the 9th , when i called on wednesday i was told that the team will only be back on monday the 14th of january. first thing today i called again only be told that they dnt knw when willl be repairing team will be back at work,, after spending 15k on this product i feel let down by Ellies , they stole my money bring it back, i cnt wait any longer for your staff to came back from leave,,,
