Bad Service Received from Ellies Umgeni Road by Komla

Received bad service from Komla in the Umgeni Road branch. We are dealers with a dealer account and she refused to supply a roll of cable on the company name. She then charged us normal retail. This is not the first time that Komla has done this. She is the only person at Ellies that does this. Please watch who serves you at Ellies Umgeni Road. Very disappointing service!!!!!
