Bad service installation from Elsat Accredited installer

I recently bought a DSTV and I was allocated one of the Elsat accredited installers Tawaz Digital Arts Solutions in Cape Town and he came to install the DSTV. The signal was good but every once and then the signal went off even when the weather was fine and clear. Now the DSTV has no signal at all, I called the installer and told them about the problem and he said he would come look at it the next day. When the day comes I call him to confirm if he's still coming and he did not answer his phone. I kept calling so I decided to call him with another contact number to see if he would answer and he answered when I asked why he's been ignoring my calls he told me that he's busy with a bad attitude and said he will get back to me, he never did and he's still ignoring my calls. This is infuriating and the Ellies DSTV installer warranty is still valid as 3 months hasn't passed yet. Why do they refer customers to unprofessional installers who provide poor service this is not on!
