Bad Service

I phone Ellies 2 x just to have them putting the phone down on me. Then when I phoned for the 3rd time the lady gets stroppy with me. I will rather junk my faulty 1440w inverter and buy another brand if this is the service one gets from ELLIES. Sies man not proudly SA !!!!!!!
