Bad service

I had purchased a dstv decoder from game and paid for installation. They said all we need to do is call the number on the vochour in the box. I tried calling and there was no answer,so I used the second option and booked the installation online as they gave that option I the vochour as well. The guy they assigned to do the job is playing around with us . And no coming to install. It has being a we and we have being calling him everyday wasting airtime cause he keeps lying about him being on his way to install . This is really unacceptable.
