Bad Service

<p>I bought a dstv decoder at OK furnishers last week friday,On saturday I contacted the number provided on the decoder for free installation,gave the consultant all the information,monday they sent an sms with installer contact numbers RM Tech and told to contact Petrus,tried to contact him all mon through tues but his cell was of the whole time.Contacted Barbie at Ellies bloemfontein and she gave me another cell number for Petrus,this time it just rang no one answered till wednesday.Tried again this morning which is Thursday...finally got hold of him and he said I should whatsapp him all the details of which I did and he will contact me...Still waiting for contact till now....</p>
