Bad Products - Terrible excuses - No Service

Towards the end of 2013, i bought 3 Ellies power surge protector multi plugs. Early this year, my TV and CCTV monitor plugged into the multi plug suffered electrical surge damage.
When i went to the HiFi Corp at the Mall @ Carnival, i was told to take the matter up with Ellies directly. The manager of the store called her local rep from Ellies, the rep proceeded to say that the plugs never fail and as such too bad for me. I did not 'register' the plugs with Ellies when i bought them, because i do not recall seeing anything on the packaging that required me to do so and the store too did not inform me that there is a requirement to register what i've just bought. It also turns out that i can't register the other two plugs and appliances plugged into them.
As a result i'm waiting for my other two TV's, decoder, sound bars, DVD players and PS3 plugged into Ellies products to fry too :-(
