Bad customer service

<p>I purchased a dstv decoder from Game on Monday 26 September 2016. Tuesday 27 September 2016, I contacted Ellies Elsat in Cape Town for installation. At the end of the call the lady I spoke to said I will be contacted by an installer to arrange for installatio between 5-7days. Two days later, I contacted then. Unfortunately I wasnt at home so lady said i need to call back again with voucher numbet which I didnt have with me. I contacted her again Friday morning on 30 September 2016 with voucher number. She siad to me that no installation was booked so the person I spoke to on Tuesday did not book the installation. At the end of the call she told me the same thing. No one contacted me still. I then phoned again on Tuesday 04 October 2016 she told me they didnt hv stock but installers came to fetch stock so I will be contacted ASAP. It is Monday today the 10th October 2016. I have not been contacted by an installer. I tried calling this morning and ran out of airtym as you wait for your call to be answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am stuck with a decoder at home and no installation taking place. It will be 14 days tomorrow sonce I contacted Ellies Elsat for installation which they have not yet done or which they promise to do between 5-7days.</p>
