3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo cable is not 3.5mm. It falls
I purchased a 3.5mm Male to 3.5mm Male stereo cable from Pick n Pay on Sunday. I plugged it into my phone and the 3.5mm jack in my car and both connectors just fall straight out. They are definitely not 3.5mm as specified on the packaging. My phone doesn't even recognise that there is anything plugged into it. I logged a complaint via their website on Sunday and they still have not contacted me to resolve this issue.
