Pathetic service

I've received the worst service from the staff at ellese the glen. I took a laybye with the for clothing and tekkies for my son on the day they were very helpful lerato and zodwa helped me i asked if u can bring him to fit the tekkie on they said sure so I brought him to git the shoes on a week later where we decided to change tekkie to navy and a bigger size AD another staff member helped me assured me that they will order it and I will get it he wrote the number of the store which is not working I called the glen's center control and the same number they gave me is also not in service.

Today I went to collect my laybye only to find 1. They don't have the colour and size in the tekkie we chose even after being promised it was going to be there.

2. There is difference over the initial laybe price

3. All three mentioned staff members were not at all helpful.

4 I was told come back tomorrow if u want to want the other one.

I am extremely upset and in future I won't be using that store again
