No customer service

So disappointed in Netbank in the Glam mall I had to wait by the door at the reception desk so I could get a ticket and wait another 45 minutes so that I can get assistance Consultants where walking around chitchatting while we client were waiting. I was ready to leave but then I thought what’s the point of walking out here without any assistance Clients at the door had to wait as the sercurity guy didn’t even know what to do or who to call. Some of them ended up leaving coz there’s no one who was helping them at the door
