Ellesse review from customer

I found something on the website that I really liked and it was out of stock in the midlands mall .I emailed the ellesse store and the response was amazing and so was the guy who assisted me Jason Irwin who went out of his way and got the item from another branch and got it delivered to the store I would pick it up from , he could of just told me it's out of stock but he helped me get it and kept informing me when it was there . When I picked up my item from the store my mum also wanted it . I messaged him again and my luck he responded and , I asked him if I could get another one he said they didn't have it in the store but would get it from another branch so just for one item again he went out of his way .So I am very impressed by the service . Jason went ,out of his way to make me happy I'm so glad I would definitely keep supporting this brand . I wish they more people more helpful and friendly like Jason out there
