Bad Service

I made a laybuy in July this year and lost my job due to the corona pandemic,so i went in September to cancell the laybuy and the manager there told me come when the laybuy expires which she told me it was th end of October to i went they asked for the receipt told them i lost it but all my information was ont their system so the manager told me that when the laybuy expires the money goes to the company,So i contacted the Ellesse head office and still get any help from them.So i need to know that much of money goes to that company for free like that pls help
