Bad service

I made a lay buy at ellese shop westaget mall in July this year So I went back to them to cancel the lay buy and take something of that amount I have paid instead,so I was told I still have until the end of October to pay so I couldn't pay still So I went there today.And I was told the lay buy has expired and all the money goes to the Company So I wasn't refunded
