Angry Customer

Hi im Lerato Mtshali I would like to lay a complain with regards to the store at The Glen Mall(Ellese store) I went there on Saturday and I've purchased a dress and I asked the consultant if the dress doesn't fit me can I bring it back and He said yes I can,so when i get home only to find that the dress doesn't fit me the I send it back on Sunday.So when I get to the store to my surprise the guys told me that unfortunately they wont be able to give me my refund the only thing I can do is to take something else off which it doesn't make sense to me as to why is the store doesn't offer refunds and as CPA as customer I've a wright to get my money back If I'm not happy with the products.Can you kindly please assist me with regards to that.My contact number is *** or ***.
