unauthorised debits

I purchased a television set 4 years ago for which I opted in on an insurance at the time. Last year I decided I no longer needed the insurance and contacted ellerines to cancel. After numerous mails between Charmaine oosthuizen and myself I was eventually provided with a cancellation form which I completed and submitted on January 15th 2015. Since then I have been debited every month for this insurance and every month I mailed Charmaine and posted a message on ellerines contact me page but no one gets back to me. There is no customer care number and no way of me getting hold of any one to assist. In the meantime I am been debited for an insurance I cancelled 5 months ago. Ellerines service is definitely the worst I have ever come across and I can gaurantee I wil never be doing business with them again.
