the bed is dameged but they still debiting my acco
I bought a bed in march 2014 AT ELLERECE, and in June 2014 the bed was already in default the springs were coming out October 204 I went to ellerence to explain to them the fault , they promised to attend to my problem , I also explain to them I am going on maternity leave they should stop debiting my account till I go back to work, they agreed . December 2014 they deducted double the instalment but was still on leave, I went to explain to them I am not happy with double instalment and the bed is not in good condition they promised to call restonic to attend to my problem, and they are still debiting my account and the bed is a s**** no one is updating me about replacement of bed .

Kindly be advised that Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd (with trading brands Ellerines, Furniture City, Geen & Richards, Wetherlys, Dial-a-Bed and Beares) has effective 08 August 2014 been placed into Business Rescue. o Complaints relevant to goods that still falls within the particular supplier's warranty kindly contact African Bank on *** / *** to obtain the necessary proof of purchase where after the complainant will have to liaise with the supplier/ manufacturer directly.
o Complaints relevant to Laybys to be referred to Karen Henn ***
o Extended warranty complaints can unfortunately no longer be entertained.
