Refund process is ridiculous

I bought a double bed in July at Khayelitsha Mall but when it got delivered to me I had to turn back because I didn’t like the mattress it looked cheap.I went back to the store to ask for a refund and I was promised by the sales person to hold on a bit there’s gonna be a sale maybe then we can get the bed that we liked at a cheaper price I waited but that didn’t happen.I recently went back there a few days ago and when I asked for my refund I was told by a manager to come back the following day at 2pm because they didn’t have money in store and they rely on people that pay their instalments for money,when I went back the following day I was told there was no money and that they will call me should they have money I’ve been waiting and no one has called me when I call back they are giving me a run around .
