Pending Refund | Frustrated

I lay-byed 2x beds at Boksburg branch, unfortunately due to other financial commitments I was unable to fulfill it. I went to the branch on the 4 December for a refund, till today I still did not receive my refund. I phoned the branch asked for the number to to phone for a follow up - ***. The head office required log number starting with 11 and the branch has ref starting with 91.
