not happy
The shop I got my two phones from has now closed down and thay just stopped my contract just like that but thay took my money and now I must pay African bank the money owed but how can I do that but I don't Evan have a contract enymore and my contract is not finished yet plz help

The Head Office and all stores have since closed down. In light of the above Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd will no longer be able to entertain any customer complaints. Please note the following:
o All credit related matters are to be referred to the Credit Provider, African Bank's customer care centre: *** / ***
o Complaints relevant to goods that still falls within the particular supplier's warranty kindly contact African Bank on *** / *** to obtain the necessary proof of purchase where after the complainant will have to liaise with the supplier/ manufacturer directly.
o Complaints relevant to Laybys to be referred to Karen Henn ***
o Extended warranty complaints can unfortunately no longer be entertained.
