not giving the right repayments

Hi I have sent an email to Kabelo on the 18th February 2015 regarding my account. I forwarded my contract Because on there it says that I will be paying on the TV for 36 months, but when I received my statement it says that my loan repayments is for 48 months which is incorrect. i would like someone to get back to me today regarding this matter and fixing it,coz I agreed to paying back the TV repayments for 36months and not 48 months. <br> <br>
