Listed on ITC for credit I never acquired

I was a victim of identity ***** in 2014 but this matter was investigated and resolved with all stores where credit was **********ly obtained in my names. Listings and enquiries done **********ly in my name at ITC was also removed, however one of the stores (ellerines/African bank) have relisted me and this is causing a serious dent on my credit report and score.
