I bought a lounge suite at Ellerines.
I bought a lounge suite at Ellerines in Cala EC, I later noticed that the couches had a damaged frame, I reported the matter to the Manager he promised that he will assist. I went to African bank African bank after a year or so, they phoned ellerines for assistance, and I was promised to be assisted. I then wrote a complaint on hello peter , the head office phoned me promising to assist, they sent an OK worker from Umtata to evaluate the couches, ever since then I never received any feedback.

Kindly be advised that Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd (with trading brands Ellerines, Furniture City, Geen & Richards, Wetherlys, Dial-a-Bed and Beares) has effective 08 August 2014 been placed into Business Rescue. The Head Office and all stores have since closed down. In light of the above Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd will no longer be able to entertain any customer complaints. Please note the following:
o All credit related matters are to be referred to the Credit Provider, African Bank's customer care centre: *** / ***
o Complaints relevant to goods that still falls within the particular supplier's warranty kindly contact African Bank on *** / *** to obtain the necessary proof of purchase where after the complainant will have to liaise with the supplier/ manufacturer directly.
o Complaints relevant to Laybys to be referred to Karen Henn ***
o Extended warranty complaints can unfortunately no longer be entertained.
