complain
I have another complain concerning the lounge suite. The problem now is that Ellerines handed in my account to African Bank and they forged my signature. I received a call from African bank and i told them i dont have contract with them and they said they have and i asked them yo email it yo me, thats when I saw that the signature on African Bank its not mine. And that is ***** and will open a case on it as i signed the contract with Ellerines not African Bank

Kindly be advised that Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd (with trading brands Ellerines, Furniture City, Geen & Richards, Wetherlys, Dial-a-Bed and Beares) has effective 08 August 2014 been placed into Business Rescue. The Head Office and all stores have since closed down. In light of the above Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd will no longer be able to entertain any customer complaints. Please note the following:
o All credit related matters are to be referred to the Credit Provider, African Bank's customer care centre: *** / ***
o Complaints relevant to goods that still falls within the particular supplier's warranty kindly contact African Bank on *** / *** to obtain the necessary proof of purchase where after the complainant will have to liaise with the supplier/ manufacturer directly.
o Complaints relevant to Laybys to be referred to Karen Henn ***
o Extended warranty complaints can unfortunately no longer be entertained.
