Broken Bed
I bought a bed by Elleriens after 2 months i laid a complain at the branch they told me they will forward my complain to the supplier after few months i went back they said they waiting on stock and have looked into my complain after 2 months went back branch closed have been contacting call centre after that everytime nothing came of it i dont even have this bed 4 a year and the matris is broken. Im so fed up with this call centre as well they keep giving me numbers to phone and everytime its a dead end. I got ther worst service from this company very dissapointed

Kindly be advised that Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd (with trading brands Ellerines, Furniture City, Geen & Richards, Wetherlys, Dial-a-Bed and Beares) has effective 08 August 2014 been placed into Business Rescue. The Head Office and all stores have since closed down. In light of the above Ellerine Furnishers (Pty) Ltd will no longer be able to entertain any customer complaints. Please note the following:
o All credit related matters are to be referred to the Credit Provider, African Bank's customer care centre: *** / ***
o Complaints relevant to goods that still falls within the particular supplier's warranty kindly contact African Bank on *** / *** to obtain the necessary proof of purchase where after the complainant will have to liaise with the supplier/ manufacturer directly.
o Complaints relevant to Laybys to be referred to Karen Henn ***
o Extended warranty complaints can unfortunately no longer be entertained.
